Mr.Sandeep Jain along with PACs, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the existing Promoters of Pankaj Polymers Limited (Target Company) dated January 14, 2026 for acquisition of 32,23,627 Equity Shares, representing 58.15% of the equity Share Capital and to take control of the Company. He acquired 657617 shares representing 11.86% of the equity share capital, the balance of 25,66,010 shares representing 46.29% equity share capital of the Company is to be executed in due course of time. After the acquisition of 32,23,627 representing 58.15% equity shares, he along with PACs will become the new promoters of the Company.
